Job Description

Account executive

Location- Vasai (Nearby vasai only)

Exp- 3+ Years

CTC-5.5 LPA

MALE CANDIDATES ONLY

Monday to Saturday

Notice period- 15 days/30 Days

work from office

Proficiency in SAP.

Process invoices, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and purchase-related reconciliations in SAP.
Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely settlements.
Prepare and reconcile vendor accounts, bank statements, and financial records.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Generate MIS reports and provide accurate data for audits and compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth financial operations.
Qualifications && Skills
Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
24 years of experience in Accounts or Finance (preferably with exposure to Purchase Department).
Proficiency in SAP.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
