Locations: Delhi/NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Allahabad, Lucknow, Agra, Jaipur, Kolkata
Salary: 4 LPA + Reimbursements + Lucrative Incentives
Experience: 210 Years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Life Insurance sales by building and managing a team of advisors.

• Recruit, train, and develop commission-based agents.

• Supervise and monitor agent activity plans to ensure business targets are achieved.

• Conduct weekly Performance Review Programs (PRPs) and update the Sales MIS.

• Motivate and mentor agents through structured Career Progression Programs.

• Promote usage of CRM & Agent Portal for better customer service and cross-selling.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred).

• Education: Graduate in any stream.

• Strong networking skills and knowledge of the local market.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.
