• Key Responsibilities:
  Plan, schedule & supervise preventive & breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities (HVAC, boilers, packing machines etc.).
  Coordinate with production to reduce downtime and losses.
  Maintain documentation: breakdown history, spare-parts usage, service logs.
  Enforce safety & good practices (lock-out/tag-out, PPE usage, etc.).
• Qualifications / Skills:
  Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.
  Experience: ~2-6 years in plant maintenance preferred, especially in FMCG / similar sectors.
  Skills: reading engineering drawings / manuals / P&ID, knowledge of preventive maintenance, leadership, communication etc.
• Salary / Working Hours:
  Approx 20,000-45,000/month depending on experience & location.
• Full-time, shift based (morning/evening/night or general shift) sometimes.
