Job Description
- Manage and support Windows/Linux servers, networking, and IT infrastructure end-to-end.
- Perform incident, change, and problem management as per ITIL standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, networking issues, and IT services availability.
- Handle user access management, patching, backups, DR/BCP, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated IT issues.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and reports for IT Service Management processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
- 58 years of experience in IT infrastructure, server administration, and networking.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, O365, VMware/Hyper-V.
- Hands-on experience in networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, Switches, Routers).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Management.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
