Job Description
- As a Senior Automation Tester, your role involves developing and executing automated test scripts using agile methodology and Selenium. Your primary responsibilities include: - Collaborating within the team to understand project requirements and develop automation test cases. - Developing and executing automated tests using Selenium to ensure the quality of web applications. - Implementing automation frameworks and maintaining test scripts for continuous integration and deployment pipelines. - Identifying, reporting, and troubleshooting software defects to ensure optimal performance. - Participating in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. - Working closely with developers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products. - Contributing to the improvement of test processes and procedures within the organization. The qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in agile methodology and experience working in agile environments. - Strong knowledge of Selenium for automated testing of web applications. - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing principles. - Experience with test management tools and version control systems. - Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.,
