Job Description
- As a Recruiter at Infosys BPM, your role will involve sourcing, attracting, and hiring top voice/semi-voice talents. You will need to have a deep understanding of voice assessment tools, international voice quality, CEFR scores, and the blended process of Chat and voice. Knowledge in emerging areas such as multiple chat windows and typing tests will be beneficial. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage the recruitment process from start to finish are essential. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having a minimum experience range of 2+ years in recruitment for international voice and semi-voice processes. - Sourcing and attracting candidates with expertise in bulk hiring for customer service and service desk roles (voice and semi-voice) through various channels. - Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess soft skills and cultural fit. - Organizing hiring events, job fairs, and walk-ins. - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. - Managing the full-cycle recruitment process including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting voice assessments, scheduling interviews, and extending offers. - Experience in hiring FTE/FTR talents. - Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress. - Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings in critical international voice requirements. - Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Shift: General - Location: Bangalore - Clearing assessment is mandatory - Education: Any graduates (No Diploma) Infosys BPM is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.,
