Desired Candidate Profile
MBA (Sales and Marketing) with 6+ years of total experience across Sales and Marketing in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Sectors. 2-3 years marketing experience in same therapy area is a pre-requisite. Experience in marketing of vaccines is required.
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- To plan and achieve Marketing goals including profitability and sales targets for the existing brands/ portfolio (Vaccines) on a monthly basis through regular monitoring of the market trends, planning the short and long terms strategies and driving initiatives to support the plan
- Development of strategic plans and operational marketing plan for assigned vaccine brand/projects focusing on scientific, medical, technical, and commercial drivers.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Identify and drive crtitical projects to unleash opportunities that generate exponential growths Marketing Operations:
Competitive intelligence - Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy and plan to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
Ensure program implementation for existing brands and monitor implementation within the allocated budget, P&L management."
Unleashing New opportunities:
Identify and develop list of external opportunities and analyse potential targets via active internal and external scouting activities.
Build business cases and ensure identified opportunities are leveraged.
Conduct ongoing business and financial review of business development opportunities.
Optimize cross-functional support needed to ensure effective communication and implementation of these projects.
