    You will play a crucial role in Medtronic as you embark on a journey of exploration and innovation, contributing to championing healthcare access and equity for all. Your leadership will be driven by purpose, aiming to remove barriers to innovation in a more connected and compassionate world. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the account owner during the startup period and integration of the product. - Develop the infrastructure to prepare and assist with education and training of healthcare professionals, ensuring dissemination of knowledge related to the technology. - Create an inventory plan and kits for robotic procedures, raising awareness for the use of the robot and supporting program governance. - Support field personnel in delivering optimal outcomes and service for Medtronic customers. - Identify and seize growth opportunities in collaboration with the Sales and Clinical Support Team. **Qualifications Required:** - Requires a Baccalaureate degree. - 0 years of experience required. At Medtronic, the majority of your time will be spent delivering and overseeing projects from design to implementation. You will work with close supervision as an entry-level individual contributor on a project or work team. Your role will involve delivering work of limited scope, typically smaller and less complex projects or related activities. You will identify, define, and address problems that are not immediately evident but not difficult or complex, making minor changes in systems and processes. Communication will primarily be with internal contacts within your immediate group. The job at this level is focused on self-development, with the opportunity to act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of other lower-level professionals. Your autonomy will be as an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty.
