Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in transitioning legacy applications from Oracle to AWS Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and scripting, coupled with a strong ability to communicate effectively across teams. This is a Full-time and Remote position.Job Description
What Youll Do
- Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and scripting to manage and enhance legacy applications.
- Cloud Experience: Utilize prior experience in cloud technologies, specifically transitioning applications to AWS Cloud.
- Legacy Application Modernization: Lead efforts to decipher legacy applications written in Oracle and facilitate their migration to AWS Cloud.
- SAP HANA Experience: While not mandatory, experience with SAP HANA is highly desirable and will be considered a plus.
What You'll Need
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in Oracle development and cloud technologies.
- Proven track record in migrating applications to AWS Cloud.
- Ability to work remotely, with availability for meetings in the Bangalore timezone.
- Experience in SAP HANA is preferred but not essential.
Physical Demands
This role involves mostly sedentary work, with occasional movement around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks on a computer, using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
