Job Description
Job Title: Scanning Operator
Location: Netaji Subhash Place ( delhi), Karkardooma Delhi), Baghpat UP, Shaharanpur, Kicchha Uttarakhand, Muzaffarnagar UP, Sonipath Haryana, Ranipur Haridwar
Employment Type: [Permanent/Contract]
Job Purpose:
The Scanning Operator is responsible for handling physical documents and operating scanning devices to digitize them accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper file management and adherence to defined standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare physical documents for scanning (remove staples, align pages, etc.).
- Operate scanners and scanning software to capture high-resolution images.
- Save scanned files using correct naming conventions and folder structures.
- Maintain scanning speed and quality to meet daily targets.
- Report damaged or unreadable documents to the supervisor.
- Perform basic image adjustments (cropping, rotation, orientation) as required.
- Ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of scanning equipment.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for error resolution and re-scans.
- Follow data confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive records.
- Maintain logs of scanned volumes and equipment usage.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Basic computer skills (file handling, naming, folder structure).
- Familiarity with scanners and document scanning software.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent quality maintenance.
- Ability to meet daily targets under supervision.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
