Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining technical documentation
- Verifying of inputs provided by customer and understanding scope of the work
- Understanding product knowledge and bill of material
- Creating of illustrations as per Bill of material
- Collect, evaluate, check and complete all information
- Estimating and planning of the project and discussing with customer in case of any concerns in project
- Creating of project planning and discussing with customer in case of any issues
- Completing of layouts creation with thorough quality checking
- Compiling of manuals
- Develop strong product knowledge and understanding of target audience users and personas
- Apply style guides and authoring checklists to maintain documentation quality
- Working individually and working in the team
- Skills
- Experience in illustration tools such as ISODRAW, CAD PROCESS and ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR
- 0- 3 years of experience as a Technical illustrator
- Proven ability to write conceptual, task-oriented, and reference documentation
- Experience with MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with MS TEAMS to track your work and collaborate with the product teams
- Capable of effectively working with multiple stakeholders in cross-cultural, global teams
- Well organized and able to operate independently
- Willing to accept the challenges and convert them into success.
- Good planner and systematic organizer.
- A team player that will share information with colleagues and help develop the group.
