Process - Telecom Voice Process

Education : Grad / Ug

Experience : minimun 6+ months of experience in international voice process

Location: Hinjewadi phase 3

Cab - Both Way Cab Service

Role & responsibilities :

Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers.

Handle customers problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Preferred candidate profile :

Required Excellent Communication Skills

Good Experience in international voice process
