Roles and Responsibility:

Desktop hard ware troubleshooting & part replacement Printer/Scanner,HUB/Switch Installation-Hardware trained,Knowledge of remote access applications like RDP,Putty etc ,Understanding of Drivers/Patches/Tools download from OEM web site,Basic Networking ,Android and,IOS knowledge,Anti Virus Support at client side

Desired Candidate:

Qualification: Graduate Mandatory

Exp range: Minimum 0-1 yr experience in Desktop support

Good Communication skills.
