Technical Lead - Mirth / Dicom @ Citiustech

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support HL7-based integration workflows, including ORU message construction from metadata and document sources (e.g., PDFs).
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to define and implement integration solutions.
• Lead discussions with clients and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and optimize integration strategies.
• Ensure compliance with IHE profiles and scheduled workflow protocols (HL7/DICOM).
• Work independently to resolve technical issues without relying on escalation

Preferred candidate profile

Strong hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x, including deep understanding of OBX segments and message construction logic.

Proven experience with IHE profiles, DICOM, and scheduled workflows.

Solid understanding of radiology components, including VNA and PACS.

Proficiency in Mirth Connect, Oracle/SQL, and performance tuning.

Experience working in European healthcare environments, with knowledge of multi-PID and multi-domain challenges.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive solutions, and contribute value without dependency on escalation paths.
