Title/Designation: Technical Business Analyst

Exp: 6 to 10 years

Job Summary:

Technical Business Analysts bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

They leverage their understanding of both business operations and technical aspects to optimize processes and improve the organizations productivity and efficiency.

Role & responsibilities:

• Defining and documenting business needs and goals
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Collaborating with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions
• Perform data analysis to support business decision making
• Implement, configure and test feasible solutions
• Work closely with project management and software developers to design and implement solutions
• Creating and maintaining detailed reports on the performance of current systems and strategies
• Leading project management activities such as project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Training users and stakeholders on new systems or software solutions

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
• Prior Experience in testing/development
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may impede business operations or project delivery.
• Understanding of databases, system design and development, and the software development lifecycle.
• Understanding of business practices and processes
• Knowledge of data analysis and data modeling
• Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools
• Experience with project management methodologies
