Hello Candidates,

Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Service Profile for Chat blended Process.

Location - Noida(WFO)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Eligibility

• Excellent English communication skill is required.
• Under Graduate/ Graduate / Post Graduate all are required .
• Freshers & experienced both are eligible.
• Salary will depend on communication skills and previous experience.
• 5 days working with rotational shifts and off.
• Immediate joiners are required.
