Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

Advanced technical support for desktops, thin clients, InfoSec products (EP,Antivirus) ,backup and restore-Windows / Linux OS troubleshooting ,Patch update and drivers installation - servers,OS backup / recovery knowledge - branch servers and low end Servers like Dhruva etc.,Networking concept (OSI,TCP/IP,Topology etc),Virtualisation skills - VM Disks monitoring and management,Anti Virus support at Server side ( Any Server mentioned here means high end desktop )

Desired Candidate:

Qualification: Graduate Mandatory

Exp range: Minimum 1-2 yrs experience in Desktop support

Good Communication skills.
