Profile - Customer Service(Chat Process)
Location - Noida(WFO)

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage incoming phone calls & chat
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Eligibility

Good communication skill is required.
Under Graduate/ Graduate both can apply
Freshers & experienced both are eligible.
Salary will depend on communication skills and previous experience.
5 days working with rotational shifts and off.
Immediate joiners are required.
