Job Title: Senior Executive / Team Lead Bulk Hiring (BPO Recruitment)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Executive / Team Lead to manage and drive end-to-end bulk hiring for international BPO processes, including voice and chat support roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring in BPO processes (international voice, chat, and backend).
- Strategize and execute high-volume hiring plans based on client requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers for smooth onboarding.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team handling role.
- Proven track record in bulk hiring for international BPO processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
