Tech Mahindra is hiring for International Chat Process!!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time support to international customers via live chat.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and chat platforms.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have Experience in BPO Based Company.
• Undergraduate can apply
• Minimum 1 Year of experienced candidates can Apply.
• Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
