Job Description

CCAI- Dialogflow CX, Datastore handlers, Playbooks ( LLM Prompting )
Strong knowledge on Intent, Entity, Fallback Management and Context

Management in Dialogflow CX
Dialogflow CX development experience
GenAI Skills (Playbooks, Generators, Datastores) is an advantage.
Programming language like Python, Node.js. Basic concepts of CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in NLU and Use Case QA using GCP Platform 2. Basic technical and design understanding of CCAI implementation using dialogFlow and Playbooks, DFCX, Virtual Agent Design and Development
