Job Description

Position: Production Support

Location: Hitech City, Telangana

Duration: Full time - Hybrid Model

Responsibilities:

Gen AI knowledge, Python, React JS, Ci/CD, Docker, Database knowledge

Experience working in Production Support environments addressing P1, P2 P3 issues.

Need the resources to triage, troubleshoot, understand logs, and remediate some of the issues. Would be assisting the development teams if they have bandwidth.

Everyone including the lead should be hands-on.
