Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in SAP CRM to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP CRM technical aspects and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that enhance our CRM capabilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SAP CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for CRM enhancements.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and integration of SAP CRM with other systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM-related issues.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in SAP CRM development.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming language and experience with SAP UI5/Fiori.
- Experience with SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Solid understanding of database management and SQL.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP CRM.
- Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience in cloud-based CRM solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- experience in software development with a focus on SAP CRM.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
