Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, developing and implementing customer-facing solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Work effectively individually and with members of their project and client teams
- Design and develop solutions in LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other technologies
- Learn, improve, and expand code quality, design, and version control best practices
- Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members to deliver quality code
- Conduct technical process reviews, technical UATs, and work in partnership with client business units and project stakeholders

A Salesforce Senior Developer plays a crucial role in managing and delivering Salesforce projects and brings extensive Salesforce knowledge.

- Overall, 8 years of experience on Salesforce CRM projects
Skills
- Experience with Sales, Service & Experience Clouds.
- Experience with Salesforce Org migration especially Service cloud.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integration, and data modeling.
- Experience with transforming business requirements/user stories to technical requirements.
- Experience with building large-scale integration with Salesforce Platform leveraging UI to UI, API based and Data integrations. Extensive experience with LWC, APEX, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce CLI, VS Code and other core Salesforce platform development tools.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Proven leadership skills to lead and manage Salesforce development teams, including mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of technical issues, evaluate alternative solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in documenting technical designs, configuration changes, and customizations for future reference.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Test-Driven Development and software design patterns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business users, executives, and IT teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
