SAP Test Automation Solution Architect @ Tech Mahindra

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities -
1. Designing TA solutions which are maintainable, extensible, modular & follow good industry practices.
2. Design and implement high quality, reusable and scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile API and desktop applications.
3. Promote adoption of AI driven testing tools and methodologies where applicable.
4. Creating and maintaining TA frameworks, TA solutions which can be used by all/many projects & programs with TA across a company
5. Identifying the best-fit languages, TA frameworks, TA tools, data input and output methods/types for a project or program TA solution
6. Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the successful implementation of automation testing strategies and design robust automation frameworks.
7. Collaborate on test case design for comprehensive coverage.
8. Ensure correct test environments are setup and ready.
9. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
10. Oversee test execution, monitor results, and generate reports.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
12. Identify data requirements and ensure availability of test data.
13. Establish governance processes for consistency.
14. Maintain documentation and follow compliance standards.
