Role & responsibilities

Advanced proficiency in O-Calc Pro for pole loading analysis and validation. Must be lead 8-10 people. Familiarity with NESC, OSHA, and local utility regulations. Ability to review, validate, and approve pole loading analysis prepared by team members. Proven experience in leading and mentoring a pole loading/design team Strong skills in work allocation, quality assurance, and meeting project deadlines. Ability to coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills. Flexible to work in shift schedules .QualificationB.tech/Diploma (Telecom/Civil/Electrical) or related field.
