6Yrs + from BPO and 3 yrs should be in Planning.

Job Description Strategic Planning and Forecasting:

Should be able to develop long term and short term forecast based on the historical data. Understand and leans and peaks and can optimize resource utilization and achieve operational effeciency. Should have good knowledge of planning fundamentals (like trend analysis, occupancy, optimization techniques, etc.) Should be able to develop Capacity Planner with Workload or on SL based Calculations for various channels irrespective of nature of business. Data Driven Approach: Should plan based on the historical data available. Identify the bottle neck and ineffeciencies and find out ways to overcome and suggest the appropriate implementation techniques. Stakeholder Co-Ordination & Communications: Should work closely with Ops and other stake holders to ensure efficiency while delivering customer's expectations. Should assist in cost optmization and highligting any KPI target not in line with changes overtime

Applicant's Specifications: Srong Analytical Skills. Excellent Knowledge of Advance Excel (Pivot Table, Lookups, Macros and Power Query) Good Knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and Onenote. Good Understanding on Planning Fundamentals and terminology. Should have undertanding of ERP and CRM systems Good in terms of communicating with Internal & External Stakeholders.
