Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Should be able to explore and examine data from multiple disparate sources and discover hidden insights ? e.g. but not limited to
Demand Prediction.
Future performance prediction
Seasonal product analysis etc and various other insights from a FMCG/ CPG perspective.
Analyze sales data against various dimensions and prepare monthly presentation
Good understanding of RDBMS concepts and ability to write SQL queries to extract needed information as per business needs
Understand business requirements and come up with solution (AS-IS and TO-BE)
Analyze business problem/issues and identify root cause
Understand and present monthly/quarterly sales patterns
Communicate findings to business
DESIRED SKILL
?Must have at least 8 years of experience and out of which, at least 4 years must be in FMCG/CPGdomain and understanding needs of business, sales planning and forecasting.
?Able to deal with diverse set of stakeholders and facilitate workshops
?Proficient in articulation, communication and presentation
?Ability to deal with ambiguity - Able to come out with solution by bringing in clarity & with qualityassumptions.
?High learning agility - ability to adapt and deliver results in highly unstructured situations
?Be able to churn and create meaningful outcomes from data.
