Senior Software Engineer @ Infinite

Job Description

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to support telecom IT operations and enterprise processes.
• Work closely with business analysts and architects to translate telecom-specific requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop workflows, service catalogs, UI policies, client/server scripts, and integrations with OSS/BSS and network management systems.
• Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Telecom-specific extensions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, reusability, and maintainability of ServiceNow applications.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and release management with minimal impact on telecom business services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues related to incidents, changes, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow aligns with telecom service assurance and provisioning needs.
• Prepare technical documentation, unit test plans, and support QA teams during testing cycles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements and automation within ServiceNow.
