Job Description

Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecom (OSP/ISP) design and permit projects. -

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, QGIS, and other telecom design tools. -

Solid understanding of telecom networks including Fiber, Aerial, and Underground systems. -

Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and client-handling abilities. -

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. -

Ensure timely delivery of telecom projects with high accuracy and quality. -

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AutoCAD designers, drafters, and permit engineers. - Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance performance and efficiency.QualificationB.tech/Diploma (Telecom/Civil/Electrical) or related field.Years of Experience3 Role & responsibilities
