Job Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to telecom IT operations and business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and telecom domain experts to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Telecom-specific integrations.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, business rules, client scripts, and integrations with OSS/BSS systems.
• Ensure compliance with telecom security, regulatory, and operational standards within ServiceNow implementations.
• Guide and mentor development teams on coding best practices, performance tuning, and platform optimization.
• Manage end-to-end technical delivery, including customization, migration, upgrades, and release management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with telecom service assurance, provisioning, and incident management processes.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce governance, and maintain documentation for ServiceNow customizations and integrations.
• Act as the technical point of contact for ServiceNow-related issues, escalations, and solutioning in the telecom domain.
