Senior Quality Analyst @ Infinite

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Requirement Analysis & Test Planning
Review business/functional requirements and prepare test strategies.
Identify test scenarios, create test plans, and estimate effort.
Test Design & Execution
Design and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data.
Execute manual and automated test cases across functional, regression, integration, and UAT phases.
Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing.
Defect Management
Log, track, and manage defects in tools like JIRA, ALM, or ServiceNow.
Collaborate with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Automation (if applicable)
Develop, enhance, and maintain automation scripts (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, etc.).
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Quality & Process Assurance
Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.
Perform root cause analysis of defects and suggest preventive measures.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with developers, BAs, and PMs to clarify requirements.
Provide test progress, coverage, and defect status reports.
Support UAT and production validation as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications3 5 years of experience in QA/testing.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) is a plus.
Good understanding of defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, ServiceNow).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
