Salesforce DEVELOPER SENIOR-LEAD LEVEL Position Overview As a Salesforce Senior Lead Developer, you will be the technical leader of our Salesforce development team, responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to understand business requirements and provide technical expertise to drive successful Salesforce implementations.This role requires hands-on development skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor and guide other developers to deliver best-in-class solutions.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, leading complex projects, and providing technical guidance to other team members. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and provide technical recommendations aligned with business goals.
- Architect scalable and efficient solutions that leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other technologies.
- Lead and guide a team of developers throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code, best practices, and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to optimize system performance, security, and user experience.
- Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and other systems, both internal and external, using various integration methods and technologies.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on architecting and delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and web services/APIs.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and guide a team of developers effectively.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify technical solutions and provide strategic guidance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I : Knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals, including Apex, Visualforce, and basic data modelling.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II : Expertise in advanced Apex programming, Lightning Components, and integration techniques.
- Salesforce Certified App Builder : Demonstrate skills and knowledge in designing, building and implementing custom applications.
- Salesforce JavaScript Developer I : Experience in JavaScript for applications and Lightning Web Components
