Job Description

Role: Jr . US IT Recruiter

W2 hiring
Strong understanding of technical requirements.
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
