Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Business Generation & Development

    • Stakeholder engagement: Meeting with doctors, stockiest, retailers, chemists and institution pharmacy to educate them on and promote organisations products (through science-based discussions).
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales target by promoting company's products ethically to customers as per the business plan, also ensure Doctor / Customer Call average as per the customer management plan of the division.
    • Organizing Camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs.
    • Facilitate the process of successful new product launch.
    • To create and update customer list as per the therapy and product of the division.

    Brand Management:

    • Prescription audit for our brands and other competitors' brands
    • Generate POBs for our brands as per the business plan

    Required Qualification & Skills:

    • Fluent and confident in communication
    • Good analytical skills
    • Fast Learner and adaptable to market changes
    • Basic understanding and ability to explain anatomy physiology and product portfolio
    • Science Graduates (BSc/ B. Pharm)
