Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers as per the provided leads.
- Explain housing finance products, eligibility, and application procedures clearly.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Minimum education: /Graduate
- Prior experience in telecalling any product ,preferably in financial services or banking, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong verbal communication
- Customer service orientation
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Confidence and persistence
