Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Verification & Data Entry Executive to support our sales audit and MIS activities. The role requires making verification calls to retail outlets and distributors in Telugu or Kannada to confirm deliveries, secondary sales, and payment status. After each call, the details must be updated accurately in Google Sheets/Excel. You will play a key role in ensuring sales data accuracy, tracking pending payments, and highlighting mismatches to the MIS and management team.

Responsibilities:

Make verification calls in Telugu or Kannada to outlets and distributors.
Confirm deliveries against TSI sales reports.
Track pending payments and follow up status.
Enter call findings accurately in MIS/Excel sheets.
Prepare daily and weekly verification reports.
Highlight mismatches to MIS & CEO for action.

Requirements:

Must speak Telugu or Kannada fluently.
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Excel mandatory).
Good communication and listening ability.
02 years of experience in telecalling / data entry / MIS / sales coordination preferred.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
