Job Description
- You will be responsible for leading the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of veterinary professionals on the online consultation platform. Your role is critical in growing the nationwide consultation network and ensuring seamless coordination and support for online consultations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and engage licensed veterinary doctors across India - Leverage personal industry connections to build a high-quality doctor network - Facilitate documentation, onboarding training, and profile setup - Act as the key point of contact for all doctors on the consultation platform - Ensure smooth scheduling, attendance, and delivery of consultations - Support doctors with operational or technical concerns during consultations - Monitor availability and coverage of doctor consultation slots across regions - Coordinate with internal teams (tech, marketing, support) for day-to-day doctor needs - Maintain records, track performance, and encourage engagement - Identify under-served geographies and specializations - Propose expansion strategies in Tier 2/3 cities - Align doctor schedules with peak demand periods in coordination with marketing **Qualifications:** - Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent - Additional certification in sales, marketing, or business management is a plus You should have experience working in a pet product manufacturing company or in a sales/liaison role with veterinary doctors in pharma/petcare. It is essential to have a strong professional network within the veterinary community across India. Your skills should include excellent communication in English, with regional languages being a plus. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities are necessary, along with being well-organized, responsive, and self-motivated. Comfort with digital tools like Excel, CRM platforms, and video consultation systems is also required.
