Job Description: Client Services Support Specialist I / II

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international inbound voice calls and provide exceptional customer service support.

• Ensure clear, effective, and professional communication with clients.

• Maintain active listening skills and resolve queries efficiently.

• Perform basic MS Office tasks and ensure accurate data entry.

• Work in US shift (India night shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) from office (no WFH option).

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• 14 years of experience in an International Voice Process (mandatory).

• Strong verbal communication skills with neutral accent.

• Good typing speed & MS Office proficiency.

• Immediate joiners preferred (up to 30 days notice period).

• Graduation not mandatory PUC/Diploma/Any Degree accepted.

• Age limit: up to 35 years.

• Background in healthcare is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Interview Process:

• Voice & Communication Skill Assessment + Typing Test.
• Operations Round.
• HR Fitment Round.
