    Hiring: Patient Calling / Healthcare Customer Service Executives | US Shifts | 30K35K In-Hand | Immediate Joiners

    Job Description:

    We are looking for Patient Calling / Healthcare Customer Service Executives with prior experience in healthcare domain support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle patient calling with empathy and accuracy.
    • Manage queries, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and healthcare-related customer service.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines (HIPAA preferred).
    • Deliver excellent customer experience for US healthcare clients.
    • Work in US shifts with rotational offs.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate or Undergraduate.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in patient calling OR healthcare customer service.
    • Strong English communication skills.
    • Open to night shifts (US Shifts).
    • Immediate joiners preferred.

    Package: 30,000 35,000 (in-hand)
