Job Description

You will be working as a Corporate Salary Relationship Manager in Mumbai under the Retail Banking division of the company. Your primary focus will be on deepening corporate salary accounts by identifying prospective customers and converting them into business opportunities. Your role involves acquiring corporate clients, ensuring customer stickiness, and maintaining accurate account details. Additionally, you will be responsible for customer relationship management, driving corporate engagement activities, and gathering market intelligence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deepen existing portfolio and ensure customer stickiness - Maintain accurate account details and update salary information - Review under-performing customers and create action plans for improvement - Assess client needs and generate new revenue sources through cross-selling - Manage effective Customer Relationship Management for best-in-class service - Drive corporate engagement activities and gather market intelligence - Stay informed about policies, procedures, and competitor practices - Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and customer feedback - Recommend process changes to enhance service efficiency and quality - Manage a team of Relationship Officers, focusing on their development and retention - Demonstrate sales planning skills and conceptualize marketing initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate in any field - Post Graduate in Finance (MBA preferred) With over 11 years of relevant branch banking experience, you will be expected to attract and retain top talent, monitor key performance indicators, and support your team in achieving growth targets.,
