Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager B2B Sales to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves managing B2B client relationships, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with B2B clients to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Develop strategies to expand the companys reach in the corporate and institutional sales segment.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Prepare reports, track sales performance, and share insights with management.
Ensure strong post-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Good stakeholder management and client servicing abilities.
