Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Inter-departmental Coordination

• Purchase Raise and follow up on requests for consumables, medical supplies, and other items required at RWA clinics.
• IT Coordinate for installations, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT-related issues at clinics.
• Doctor Coordination Liaise with doctors for preparation and circulation of monthly rosters at RWA clinics.
• Finance Support in invoice processing, reimbursements, and timely vendor/partner payments.
• Marketing Facilitate planning and execution of monthly engagement and promotional activities.
• Legal Follow up on clinic agreement renewals and maintain updated documentation.
• Transport Manage cab coordination for nurses and doctors, ensuring timely pickup/drop and smooth scheduling.

2. Clinic Operations Support

• Ensure day-to-day functioning of RWA clinics in coordination with the on-ground teams.
• Track and resolve operational escalations promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation and operational records.

3. Reporting & Compliance

• Share regular operational updates and reports with management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and RWA-specific guidelines.
