Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, React, and HL7 integration to join our team. you will work on building and maintaining innovative healthcare applications, integrating with HL7 protocols to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications using Node.js for backend and React for frontend development.
- Integrate healthcare systems with HL7 messaging standards, ensuring seamless data exchange across applications and platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Implement secure APIs and services to interact with healthcare systems using HL7 messages.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to the overall architecture, and improve development processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, particularly related to HL7 message parsing and integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing applications using Node.js for backend development and React for frontend development.
- Strong understanding and experience with HL7 messaging standards, including integration with healthcare systems (HL7 v2.x, HL7 FHIR, or CDA).
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and WebSocket services.
- Proficient in JavaScript and modern frameworks, with expertise in React.js for building interactive, dynamic user interfaces.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with version control tools, such as Git.
- Solid understanding of web security practices and ability to implement security features in both frontend and backend.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HL7 integration tools or libraries (e.g., HAPI HL7, Mirth Connect).
- Familiarity with healthcare software, regulations, and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Knowledge of TypeScript and its integration with Node.js/React.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or TrelloRole & responsibilities
