Job Description

Documents and demonstrates requirements and data solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts,.

  • Behaviour driven and Test development would be preferred.
  • Participates with Technical Product Owners, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineers, architects, agile teams and operations teams to define plans for each Program Increment. (https://www.scaledagileframework.com/program-increment/ )
  • Refinement of program backlog and preparation/readiness for Program Increment Planning
  • Prioritize and maintain the team backlog
  • Owns user stories (https://www.scaledagileframework.com/story/ ) and completes them in the appropriate sprint.
  • Identifies dependencies and risks involved in completing the stories upfront and shares proactively.
  • Participates proactively in the daily stand ups, Sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Communicates products, functional and operational issues to both engineering and leadership in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all technology standards are adhered to while developing systems.
  • Work collaboratively with technical product owners and QA Team to define and ensure the completeness and accuracy of system / technical requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with other teams such as infrastructure teams to fulfill the feature/story requirements

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters or bachelors in engineering in IT/ Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Systems.
  • 7+ years in IT with min 4+ years as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Being able to analyses complex business problems, problem-solving skills, is logical and analytical and determine an IT solution
  • Being able to analysis of impacted areas and be able to create features
  • Being able to break up the features into user stories
  • Being able to create user stories in details to cover scenarios and
  • Being able to refine, pointing as per Development requirement and set the acceptance criteria.
  • Being able Demo stories as per the ser Acceptance Criteria
  • Gather data and analyse business and user needs
  • Experience working with complex Database and being able to create query
  • Generate requirements documentation through facilitated work sessions or individual interviews with sponsors and stakeholders and manage changes to those requirements
  • Facilitate discussions to discuss multiple alternatives, obtain agreements and commitments between business unit(s) and service delivery organizations, from initial requirements to final implementation
  • Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system
  • Create user stories, documentation, and test scripts and be able to create mock-up/UI screens
  • Act as a validation and quality assurance professional across the different stages of the Testing lifecycle
  • Prioritize and work with technical team to resolve immediate test execution issues, as well as work toward longer term project goals of automation and continuous improvements.
  • Provide updates, status, and completion information to managers and/or users
  • Proven Experience with systems modeling, user interface design, and prototyping, decision trees, data flow

You bring:

  • A Bachelors degree in a business or technical area of study Experience in US healthcare, working with SAFe agile & Story writing experience Experience in tools like JIRA/ KANBAN board Prior experience of working in relational databases Good technical understanding of database concepts Medium to high skill level of writing SQL queries and being querying databases for data analysis / research.
  • Experience of working in a SQL editor like Toad and/or SQL Developer
  • Experience supporting projects involving testing needs, test strategies aligned to business needs, test plans/designs, reviewing of (test scenarios, test case preparation, test execution), defect management and defect analysis.
  • Good communication skills are critical for this role to interact with both Product Owner and technical teams

  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and workloads
  • Ability to work well independently and maintain focus in a highly dynamic work environment.
  • Comfort in working with team members that are remote and located in the US, India or other geographies
