• Role: Regulatory Reporting Analyst Offshore role
• Location: Gurugram, Haryana (must be local)
• Experience Required: 5+ years
• Industry: Banking & Financial Services (experience required)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, run, and amend existing SAS codes/queries, and write new codes as per regulatory requirements/changes.
• Produce accurate and timely regulatory outputs, including calculation and posting of adjustments.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc analysis reports, supporting monthly franchise and legal entity reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance monitoring and provide assurance on processes.
• Maintain and enhance interfaces/processes for regulatory reporting.
• Support the production of mortgage reports in line with regulatory guidance.
• Drive engagement surveys and deliver action plans to enhance engagement levels.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: B.Com / BCA / B.Tech / MBA
• 57 years of technical hands-on experience with SAS, Python, Tableau
• Strong understanding of Balance Sheet & P&L; knowledge of the Mortgage market is an advantage
• Experience with Axiom (regulatory reporting submission tool) for large dataset submissions and validation processes
• Proficiency in working with cloud-based solutions and datasets using Python or similar tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of delivering analytical, regulatory, or reporting tasks under tight deadlines.
