Job Title: Development Manager
Work Location: Richmond Road, Bangalore
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Work Timings: 10 AM 4 PM (from office) & 8 PM 11 PM (from home)
Work Mode: 5 days a week (no hybrid or remote)
Our client is seeking an experienced Development Manager to build and lead a small but high-impact product development team within India Global Capability Center.
This leader will drive design, development, and integration of new tools and enhancements to
existing enterprise systems (NetSuite, Vista, ADMS, Salesforce), with a strong focus on low-code
(OutSystems) and Microsoft stack solutions.
The role blends technical expertise with people leadership, ensuring robust delivery, integration
quality, and building repeatable capabilities for global teams. Success in the first 12 months will
include building a high-performing team, delivering 23 new integrations/applications, and
establishing strong development standards for global IT ecosystem.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage a team of developers in Bangalore, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Work with PMO to translate business requirements from US stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, prioritization, and quality delivery for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Lead and contribute hands-on to design and build applications on OutSystems and Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, Power Platform, SQL Server).
- Manage integrations between enterprise tools (NetSuite, Vista, ADMS, Salesforce) to streamline workflows.
- Develop APIs, workflows, and connectors to support automation and cross-functional data flows.
- Establish coding standards, testing protocols, and release processes to minimize production issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and reusable components.
- Monitor and report progress, risks, and outcomes to US IT leadership and India GCC operations.
- Collaborate closely with PMO, Infrastructure, and global IT leadership to align priorities and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a lead or managerial role.
- Proven expertise with OutSystems and Microsoft stack (C#, .NET, SQL, Power Platform).
- Strong track record of integrating enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, custom apps).
- Experience building and mentoring high-performing development teams.
- Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
