Desired Candidate Profile

Must-Have Experience in Investment accounting, Fund accounting, Product control, NAV calculations, Financial Reporting / accounting, Statutory and regulatory reporting, Solvency 2, Insurance domain, Basel 3.
Prior experience in leading Strategic assessments, due diligence and opportunity identification as a pre-sales process and consulting/transformation projects in F&A capital market industry verticals and geographies
Experience in RFI/RFP process as part of sales support and design solution customized to industry trends/ vision for customer would be preferred
Strong domain knowledge with good understanding of industry market and trends for potential hunting/mining opportunities
Proven experience of working with Investment banks or leading world insurers, research firms, insurance captives and third party service providers across various domains of the financial services
Comprehend the scope of services offered to clients and reviews with the team; demonstrate technical expertise; ensure team meets all client deliverables and manages relationships of assigned clients
Well conversed with various ERP tools and reporting platforms along with MS office
Exposure to various international Gaaps including US GAAP/IFRS etc.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: CA, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
