Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Preparation of Monthly Profit & Loss statement of all Projects & Region.
- Review & Finalisation of Cost to Complete of all the Projects.
- Projects Margin Variance Analysis on Monthly basis.
- Reviewing Work Done Authentication (WDA) and Subcontract Liabilities with respect to WDA.
- Monthly Preparation of Variance with Respect to Budget for Direct Cost & Indirect Cost and Review with Project Heads for Corrective Action.
- Monitor Resource Utilization of PNM, Formwork & Staff and Highlight Impact to PM.
- Prepare and reviewing of Prestart Estimate (PSE) with Optimised Margins.
- Preparation of Cashflow for all Project & Region.
- Preparation of Yearly Budget, Cost, Margin for Finalisation.
- Co-ordination with all the concerned to get the desired Deliverables in time.
- Review of Price Escalation and Claims.
- Review of Reconciliation of Major Materials.
- Exposure in SAP Module.
Preferred candidate profile
- Should be B.Tech/B.E Civil with 12- 18 yrs exp from good construction companies.
- Should have worked in Regional / Head office in civil contracting companies.
- Experience in high raised /commercial building is mandatory.
