Job Description
So, whats the role all about?
Were looking for a seasoned Specialist DevOps Engineer with a strong development background and hands-on experience in cloud technologies, databases, and scripting. Youll be part of a dynamic team interfacing with R&D, Professional Services, and Customer Support, helping deliver enterprise-grade solutions in the Risk and Compliance domain. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about scalable, secure systemsthis role is for you.
How will you make an impact?
Youll play a key role in designing, developing, and configuring software features aligned with enterprise standards.Youll collaborate directly with customers to resolve technical queries and support user acceptance testing.Youll work independently across cross-functional teams and may occasionally engage on-site or across time zones.Youll contribute to high-impact projects in the financial domain, including AML, fraud detection, and compliance systems.Youll help build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern DevOps tools and cloud platforms.
Have you got what it takes?
- 812 years of IT industry experience
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years in pure development
- Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL, SQL, and databases (MongoDB, Postgres, MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle)
- Proficiency in Unix commands and shell scripting
- Exposure to Python is a plus
- Experience in AWS or other cloud environments
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Risk and Compliance solutions
- Experience in AML, Fraud, or Financial Markets is a strong advantage
- Actimize (AIS/RCM/UDM) development experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in time-critical environments
- High attention to detail and adaptability to changing business needs
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and scalable architecture
